Following the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States on 20 February 2026 and the signing of the Executive Order by President Trump introducing tariffs of 10% under Section 122, as well as his announcement on 21 February to raise these to 15%, we are delighted to have SECO State Secretary Helene Budliger Artieda for a virtual exchange on Friday February 27, 2026, from 16h00 to 17h15, for a duration of 75 minutes, including discussion.
The purpose is, on the one hand, to briefly outline the situation from SECO’s perspective, and on the other hand, to learn about your views and considerations regarding the next steps in connection with the United States’ tariff decisions.
